If you are at our house for more than say 10 minutes, I'm sure you'll hear "b-ball, b-ball!" It is so funny how Noah gets stuck on saying one word over and over again. Though, this word has great meaning to him. Noah absolutely loves to play basketball, he has his Little Tykes hoop and we use it constantly. Today, he sat a ball in the swing with Joshua and kept saying b-ball, b-ball and other things that I did not understand. I'm guessing he thought Josh should join him for a game. We had a great surprise and Mike was home for lunch, so of course Noah was elated to have Daddy home to play some b-ball with him. Check out the pictures, look how tall that hoop is! Noah can't dunk this high, but wanted it this high, he would point and sign please at the hoop until we figured out he wanted it higher. He can make baskets with it this high though. Hard to believe 10 months ago he couldn't make a shot with it at its lowest setting. Let's just hope he still wants to watch some b-ball on Thursday when the Mountaineers play again!

Joshua continues to give us more and more smiles every day. He seems to be settling into a bit of a routine too, which is great for us as I can plan around his needs to get house stuff done and give Noah some one-on-one time too. He's a strong little boy, but he absolutely hates belly-time. He screams and cries every time he's awake and on his belly. It takes him a couple minutes to calm back down after being on his belly, we keep trying though since we know it's important. He follows Noah around with his eyes though and has been giving him great big smiles and a couple of giggles too.
