Joshua's First Walk

Well today was a nice enough day to spend sometime outside and we decided to go for a walk this afternoon. This is the first walk outside that Josh has been on because it hasn't really been nice enough until now. It was great to all be out together. This afternoon before Mike was home we were in the backyard while the cable guy fixed the cable (yeah Disney should work again! that will be great for the mornings!) and I just couldn't resist getting outside again. Joshua got to ride in the stroller without his carseat, though we used his carseat bundler in the stroller to make sure he still was nice and toasty. He seemed to like walking around thankfully since he was protesting being in the stroller at first. Noah ran ahead with Mike the whole walk, as far as we walked I thought for sure Noah would eventually want to ride along, but nope he walked the whole way. He loved when we walked by yards that had dogs outside in them, he would say "hi." Noah also took some time when we were home to ride on his tricycle. His legs are almost long enoug to peddle, not quite but getting close. Joshua continues to reward us with smiles, he really enjoyed hearing a book read and getting to feel the different textures today and would smile as I read. It is amazing how much you can appreciate a smile from someone so tiny, it truly is nice after a long first 2 months with no smiling. I got a couple of really good shots today of him smiling and laughing
